DEPOSITS
To reserve your reservation, a $100 deposit is required. To pay the deposit, a credit card must be on file. A receipt will be provided to account for this transaction. The deposit will reduce the total balance owed at delivery.
PAYMENT
The total balance is due at delivery (total amount – deposit = balance). Cash, venmo, or credit card payment is accepted. No personal checks, please.
LIABILITY & DAMAGE
While any Party Parlors equipment is in your possession, it is your responsibility to use it in a safe manner. Party Parlors is not responsible or liable for any injury resulting from that of any item which is rented from us. Any equipment or rentals that is damaged while in your possession, will need to be compensated for. Any items damaged or broken will result in additional charges. A release form will be signed at delivery to confirm this.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information will, under no circumstance, ever be sold or otherwise distributed. All sensitive information is destroyed securely.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When booking your event, we will collect: your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information for $100 deposit.
WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
Any of the information we collect from you will only be used to process transactions.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
To cancel or reschedule a booking, sufficient notice must be given – at least 7 days prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 7-day notice forfeits 50% of your deposit. Postponement or Cancellation of your event with at least a 7-day notice entitles customer to a complete refund. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability at the time of notification of postponement.
WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATION
Cancellation due to rain or inclement weather entitles the customer to a full refund with same day notice. Cancellation after set-up has begun, forfeits any refund. Party Parlor cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, excessive rain, snow, and lightning.
If the rental items are delivered by Party Parlors and accepted by the customer, then the customer shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever even if the customer elects not to use the equipment due to weather or other causes.
Refunds are processed the same-day, but may take up to 7 business days for funds to return to your account.

By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies of Party Parlors.
